I am getting rid of this game. It is called “That’s Hot! FarCry” I think it involves swimming. It has medium level animated violence and judging by the cover your lead character never sees it as he seems to be facing the wrong way. Maybe that’s why it’s only medium. Perhaps it’s more of an implied violence, off screen… like Chekhov.
